The house is situated in the center of 3 nature reserves of Basque. Its newly restored house, originally from 17th century. Downstairs there are common areas like fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. Upstairs there are 5 double rooms, each one has a private bathroom, TV and in the house is a wifi Internet connection. Behind the house there is a terrace, garden, barbecue, garden furniture and private parking for clients of the house.
House is situated only 1km from the village and 20min driving from Bilbao and 10min from the airport.
Clients can enjoy as well all extension of the farm, about 100.000m2, where they can practice horse riding etc.

Booking conditions
Para que la reserva sea firme, se enviará un requerimiento de pago a traves de nuestra pasarela de pago virtual para que se haga el pago del 25% del total de la reserva. Esperaremos 24 h para que dicho pago sea efectuado, en caso contrario, se anulará la reserva.
CONDICIONES DE CANCELACIÓN:
Si Cancela o modifica la reserva hasta 15 días antes de la fecha de llegada, el establecimiento no efectuará cargos y reembolsaría el anticipo pagado, excepto en temporadas especiales como puede ser Navidad , Nochevieja, en ese caso si cancela la reserva hasta 30 días antes de la fecha de llegada, el establecimiento no efectuará cargos y reembolsará el anticipo.
Si cancela o modifica la reserva fuera de plazo el cliente perderá el 25% entregado como anticipo.
MODIFICACIÓN DE LA RESERVA:
Se atenderán las modificaciones de reservas siempre que dicha modificación sea anunciada con tiempo y de forma que no altere las restantes reservas que la casa tenga para esas fechas. Deberán estar de acuerdo ambas partes, y se enviará un nuevo justificante de reserva, para cualquier tipo de modificación por favor ponerse en contacto con en este 656 79 79 61,
SUPLETORIAS
Para reserva en la Hab. Familiar, informamos a nuestros clientes que la habitación consta de una cama doble y un sofá-cama para una persona.
*Avisar al alojamiento previamente de la hora aproximada de llegada al establecimiento.
