| | | Villa Eva & José está situada en un lugar pintoresco entre Nerja y Frigiliana.
Situada en mitad de la naturaleza con estupendas vistas del mediterráneo y rodeado por la Sierra de Almijara con unas vistas maravillosas del valle y de la línea costera.
La villa está situada en pleno corazón de la Axarquía, a 3Km. de Frigiliana y a 15 min. en coche del centro de Nerja.
Tiene tres dormitorios, dos de ellos con dos camas y uno con una cama de matrimonio, dos baños completos, salón comedor con chimenea, TV por satélite, y cocina totalmente amueblada para que pase unas vacaciones de ensueño.
En la villa puede disfrutar de un precioso jardín con una gran piscina privada donde podrá ver los magníficos atardeceres mientras desayuna en el porche o hace barbacoas a la luz de la luna.
La casa tiene calefacción central, y dos ventiladores en el techo (uno por habitación y dos en el salón) pero gracias a su situación privilegiada mantiene una temperatura agradable todo el año.
También dispone de una gran zona exterior para aparcar su coche.
En la playa de Burriana podrá encontrar gran cantidad de bares, restaurantes y deportes acuáticos. Se encuentra a 15min del centro de Nerja el cual conserva aun su carácter pintoresco. Frigiliana está mas cerca que Nerja, ambos mantienen su encanto costero y muchos servicios a su disposición.
A la llegada dispondrán además de un pack de bienvenida compuesto de: pan de molde, mermelada, mantequilla, leche, te, café, azúcar, agua y zumo.

It is situated in a small but beautiful and relaxing complex with a big green area and beautiful gardens surrounding a big central swimming pool.
There's a public parking just in front of the main gate of the complex
Villa Alhambra is a wonderful, lighted and exclusive duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces facing south and 2 Terraces- Solarium with amazing views of Nerja and the coast line in the horizon.
It has air conditioning in all bedrooms and heating all over the house. (Air conditioning and Heating included in the price). It also has safe and Satellite TV.
In the main terrace you can find a BBQ next to the Living-Room. Here is where you probably spend more time enjoying your meals "al fresco", cooking in the BBQ or relaxing with sun baths admiring the wonderful views and sunsets.
The main bed room, situated on the upper floor, with terrace, has a double bed, the other bed rooms are one in the first floor and other in the ground floor they have twin beds.
The villa has 2 complete bathrooms and a complete kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave etc.
Is 1.5 km far from Burriana beach where you can find lots of bar, restaurants, and aquatics activities in offer.
You are at 5min from the centre of Nerja which still conserves its local color.
This old part of the town offers many facilities and services. There is a regular Bus service that communicates the complex with the centre and the Burriana Beach if you don´t want to walk or to drive.
There is a supermarket 5 min walking from the complex.
A welcome pack is included with: bread, jam, butter,milk,tea,coffee,sugar,water and juice.
At your arrival, a bottle of wine will be waiting in the house to celebrate it
