Está acondicionado tanto para el invierno como para el verano al disponer de climatizador frio/calor.
Desde el apartamento se puede disfrutar de magníficas vistas tanto al faro como al mar.
Situado en una urbanización, cuenta con parque, minigolf y piscina abierta solo en verano (del 20 de junio al 30 de septiembre).
De la misma urbanización parte el paseo marítimo que lleva a la playa de levante y al centro del pueblo en tan solo unos cinco minutos andando.
