Situado en la comarca de la Subbética, este cortijo de dos plantas con piscina privada ha sido rehabilitado y conserva su antigua estructura de casa de campo. Cada planta es independiente (para 6 personas cada una) y pueden alquilarse por separado en cuyo caso se compartiría el uso de la piscina.
La planta baja tiene una hermosa terraza con barbacoa y zona para comer al aire libre rodeada de zona de arboleda a ambos lados. En la parte alta, el camino de entrada está sembrado de parras, los alrededores están de césped y rodean parte de la piscina. Esta planta, también cuenta con barbacoa y mesa de mampostería para comer al aire libre. El interior, con suelos de terracota, techos con vigas de madera y muebles rústicos, conserva un sabor rural y acogedor. Desde la piscina, se tienen estupendas vistas del bosque de olivos de los alrededores, y podemos disfrutar de un baño mientras tomamos un aperitivo bajo la sombra de la carpa.
En una finca de 40 has de olivos, muy cerca de Almedinilla (4km) donde se puede visitar el Museo Arqueológico (con una parte dedicado al olivar y su historia), la villa Romana y el Cerro de la Cruz; Priego de Córdoba está a 10 km y a sólo 1.30h se encuentran las ciudades históricas de Córdoba (105km) y Granada. | | |

Located in the Subbetica district of Cordoba, this cortijo has been refurbished, maintaining its traditional casa de campo (country house) style and offers a swimming pool and accommodation on two floors. Each floor is self contained (sleeping six people on each) and can be rented separately (sharing the use of the swimming pool) or together. This arrangement makes it ideal for two families holidaying together. The downstairs has a lovely terrace with barbecue and eating area which is tree-lined on both sides. The entrance to the first floor accommodation is shaded with vines and is surrounded by grass, leading up to the pool. This floor also has a barbecue and wicker table for al fresco eating. Inside, the house has terracota floors, ceilings with wooden beams and rustic furniture. Its rustic feel is very welcoming and relaxing. From the swimming pool you have stunning views over the nearby olive groves and is a wonderful setting for a dip and an aperitif under the shade of the awning. The villa is set on an estate of 40 hectares of olive groves, very close to Almedinilla (4km) where you can visit its archaelogicial museum (part of which is dedicated to the history of the olive tree), the Roman town and the cross on the hill; Priego de Córdoba is 10km away and in under one hour 30 mins you can be in the historic cities of Córdoba (105km) and Granada. | | |

En plein cœur de la région de la Subbétique, cette ferme de 2 étages et piscine a été rénovée et conserve sa structure typique de maison de campagne. Chaque étage est indépendant (chacun pour 6 personnes) et peuvent être loués séparément, dans ce cas la piscine sera partagée.
Le riez de chaussée possède une superbe terrasse avec barbecue et une zone pour manger à l’air libre entouré d’arbres des deux côtés. Dans la partie supérieure, le chemin d’accès est semé de vigne vierge, les alentours de gazon qui entoure une partie de la piscine. Cet étage possède également un barbecue et une table pour manger dehors. L’intérieur, avec des sols en terre cuite, poutres au plafond et meubles rustiques, conserve un air rural et charmant. Depuis la piscine, on apprécie de magnifiques vues sur les champs d’oliviers alentours, et l’on peut apprécier une baignade suivie d’un apéritif à l’ombre de la tonnelle.
Dans une propriété de 40hectares d’oliviers, très proche d’Almendinilla (4kms) où l’on peut visiter le musée archéologique (avec une partie consacrée à la culture de l’olivier), la Villa Romaine et les fouilles de Cerro de la Cruz. Priego de Córdoba est à 10kms et à seulement 1h30 se trouvent les villes historiques de Cordoue et Grenade. | | |
