CARACTERÍSTICAS
Situadas en lo alto de un acantilado en el caserío de Lepe, desde su terraza ofrece excelentes vistas del mar, Tenerife y El Teide. Distribución tipo dúplex. Esta amplia casa era antiguamente una sola vivienda que, por su gran tamaño, se convierte al rehabilitarla en dos casas pareadas tipo dúplex. En la parte baja se sitúan la cocina y sala de estar, y en la planta alta el dormitorio doble, cuarto de baño y terraza. El acceso hasta la entrada es mediante un típico camino que transcurre por el caserío, bordeado por pequeñas casas, jardines, fincas y plataneras. En un extremo del pequeño edificio hay una zona común ajardinada, con terrazas y barbacoa que ofrecen un ambiente tranquilo con excelentes vistas a las zonas de cultivos, el mar, Tenerife y El Teide. DESCRIPTION
Situated on a steep slope in the village Lepe, from the terrace you can enjoy excellent views of the sea, Tenerife and El Teide. Distribution type duplex. This wide house originally was one entire house and, because of its size, was renovated and converted into two houses in double type. Downstairs there are the kitchen and the living room and on the first floor there is a double-bed sleeping room, bathroom and terrace. You can access the house via a typical path that crosses the village lined by small houses, gardens, fincas and banana perennials. In one of the edges of the house there is a community garden zone with terraces and grill, offering a peaceful atmosphere with excellent views of the cultivation zones, the sea, Tenerife and El Teide. In the posterior part, both houses have a terrace with great views of the sea.

Renoviertes Haus, das sein traditionelles Ambiente und seine Gärten bewahrt hat. Es wurde in zwei weitläufige Duplexhäuser umgewandelt, die man zusammen oder einzeln mieten kann. Dieses Haus und sein Komfort erfüllen alle ihre Urlaubsträume
BESCHREIBUNG
Durch die Lage an einem Steilhang am Ort Lepe eröffnet das Haus eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer, Teneriffa und El Teide. Aufteilung als Doppelappartement. Das weitläufige Haus war ursprünglich ein einziges Wohnhaus, das, durch seine große Fläche, in zwei Häuser als Duplexappartement aufgeteilt wurde. Im unteren Teil liegen die Küche und das Wohnzimmer, und im oberen Teil das Doppelschlafzimmer, das Badezimmer und die Terrasse. Man gelangt zum haus über einen der typischen Wege durch das Dorf, der von kleinen Häusern, Gärten, Fincas und Bananenstauden. An einem Ende des kleinen Hauses liegt ein Garten mit Terrassen und Grillplätzen, die einruhiges Ambiente mit schöner Aussicht auf die Anbauzonen, das Meer Teneriffa und El Teide schaffen. Im weiteren Teil liegen bei beiden Häusern Terrassen mit schönem Blick auf das Meer.
