Por altura la casa tiene acceso por dos calles, suman 9 Habitaciones dobles,
A un nivel de calle, dos apartamentos contiguos.,
*apartamento a: cuenta con tres habitaciones dobles, todas con baño interior, secador de pelo y tv en cada una. Salón con capacidad 30 personas con vistasl al Castellar (su castro céltico) y una cocina totálmente equipada.

A otro nivel de calle, debajo, no comunicado interiórmente con los apartamentos, otra zona con tres habitaciones dobles, las mejores. Una con terraza y baño interior, las otras dos comparten baño y aseo en exclusiva. Todas con tv.

| | | A profound canyon, in apperance typical of a karstic terrain. Within the limestone rock, a labyrinth of caves has been formed, some of wich are connected to others by deep chasms. As to vegetation, juniper trees are dominant along with different species of pine trees. As regards the fauna, griffon vultures, golden eagles, short-toed eagles, falcons, goshawks, kites, kestrels, eagle owls, little owls...can be observed. The most important mammals are: the roe-deer. wild board, rabbit and fox. It is worth visiting the Templar hermitage of San Bartolomé, a Romanesque building dating from the 12 century.
FUENTONA. A subterranean source proceding from the infiltrationes and urdenground currents of the kartisc terrain of Calatañazor. The narrow track running along the banks of the River Avión., wich springs from the small lake of La Fuentona, is of great beauty.

We offer special prices for groups renting the whole house. It is completely equipped with bed linen, towels and kitchenware for large groups. Rural tourism center “La Casa de Santos y Anita” offers eight single rooms, one suite, two independant flats and several meeting rooms.
The recently built house, is integrated in its landscape, sharing stone, common in every house here, haylofts and threshing floors from the village.
The interior as well as the walls were built with manually cut stone of four sides. The impressive porch roof on the front, built with baked clay pieces, has to be underlined.
The owners of the house wanted to pay a tribute to the stone labor that the elders of the village developed so much.

Le centre de tourisme rural “La Casa de Santos y Anita” offre huit chambres simples, une suite, deux appartements indépendants et plusieurs salles de réunion.
La maison de construction récente, a voulu s’intégrer dans son milieu, en partageant la pierre, matériel commun dans chaque maison, les greniers à foin et les aires du village.
L’intérieur ainsi que les murs ont été construits avec de la pierre taillée manuellement à quatre faces. L’impressionnant porche de terre cuite, qui couvre le seuil, est mis en évidence.
Les propriétaires de la maison voulaient rendre hommage au travail de la pierre que les anciens du village ont si bien su développer.

La promenade de La Llana. Vers la proche Rioja, par la Sierra de La Alcamara, au milieu du mélange d’odeurs de romarin et de thym.
La promenade de Monte Pegado (1.300 m) et Alto de La Peña, où se trouve l’Ilex et le mont bas (monte bajo), avec une vue impressonnante sur San Felices, témoin d’un passé glorieux.

San Felices è il luogo ideale per gruppi di incontro che provengono da Paesi Baschi, Catalogna, Madrid, che vedono Soria come via di mezzo per riunirsi.
La Casa, di nuova costruzione, si è integrata all’ambiente con la pietra, materiale comune a tutte le case, pagliai e aie del paese.
Sia l’interno sia le facciate sono state costruite con pietre intagliate a mano a quattro facce. Nell’insieme risalta l’impressionante grondaia che completa la facciata, costruita con pezzi di creta cotta.
I proprietari della Casa hanno voluto rendere un omaggio al lavoro in pietra che hanno sviluppato gli anziani del luogo.

Das Zentrum für Ländlichen Tourismus "La Casa de Santos y Anita" verfügt über 9 Doppelzimmer, 1 Suite, 2 unabhängige Appartements sowie verschiedene Versammlungsräume.
San Felices ist ein idealer Ort für das Treffen von Gruppen mit Herkunft aus dem Baskenland, Katalonien und Madrid, die die Provinz Soria als Mittelpunkt für ihre Versammlungen auswählen möchten.
Das Haus blickt noch auf eine recht junge Geschichte zurück und fügt sich durch die verwendeten Materialien wie Naturstein harmonisch in das Bild der übrigen Häuser, der Landschaft und den Charakter des Ortes ein.
Sowohl das Hausinnere als auch die Außenfassade wurde mit allseits handbehauenen Steinen konstruiert. Besonders sticht das aus Tonziegeln bestehende, beeindruckende Dach hervor, dass die Vorderfassade abschließt.
Die Eigentümer des Hauses wollten der Arbeit mit Stein, die in dieser Region traditionell eine Sonderstellung einnimmt, huldigen.
