La casa está completamente equipada para ofrecer el mayor confort al visitante.
En su interior, ofrece una cocina -comedor, completamente equipada con placas de vitro ceramica, nevera, microondas, un salón equipado con televisión por satélite, un cuarto de baño (ducha), un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. En un cuarto aparte esta ubicada la lavadora.
Rodeada de barrancos y vegetación abundante, Casa las Perez ofrece un espacio único y exclusivo , lejos de las zonas de turismo masivo . Sin embargo, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de todos los servicios : tiendas , restaurantes, bares a unos 2 Km.
Las zonas exteriores ponen a disposición de los huéspedes un patio con muebles de jardín, donde bajo la sombra de una centenaria palmera pueden disfrutarse sabrosos desayunos, una barbacoa y una piscina.

The house is fully equipped to provide maximum comfort to the visitor.
Inside, the house contains a dining-room-kitchen fully equipped with vitroceramic stove, refrigerator, microwave, a living room with satellite television, bathroom (shower), one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 individual beds. The washing machine has been installed in an independent room.
Environment and situation
Casa las Perez is located in the romantic and peaceful small town of Las Vegas, in the municipal district of Granadilla de Abona, south of Tenerife.
Surrounded by cliffs and a lush vegetation, Casa las Perez offers a unique and exclusive space away from the mass tourist areas.
The guests, however, can enjoy all the services: shops, restaurants and bars at around 2 km.
Our guests will find in the outdoor areas a furnished courtyard where they can have breakfast or a BBQ under the shade of a hundred year old palm tree, and a swimming pool.
The Teide national park is the outstanding feature in the various nearby natural areas surrounding the house that offer the opportunity to practice many nature activities. El Médano and Los Abrigos, only 20 minutes away from the house, are old fishing towns with the best natural beaches of the island. Guests will find there the possibility to practice water sports and to discover the gastronomy of the islands.

Haus Las Perez liegt im romantischen und kleinen Dörfchen Las Vegas im Süden Teneriffas in der Gemeinde Granadilla de Abona.
Umgeben von Schluchten und ausladender Vegetation, bietet das Haus Las Pérez einen einzigartigen und exklusiven Erholungsort fernab von den Regionen des Massentourismus.
Nichtsdestotrotz können die Gäste auch sämtliche Einrichtungen genießen: Geschäfte, Restaurants, Kneipen befinden in ca. 2 Km.
Der Außenbereich steht den Gästen zur Verfügung mit einem Hof mit Gartenmöbeln, wo man unter dem Schatten einer hundert Jahre alten Palme ein köstliches Frühstück oder eine Grillplatte genießen kann oder ein Bad im Swimming Pool nehmen kann.
