Tiene dos baños completos, tres amplios dormitorios, cocina, salón con chimenea y dos salas de estar. En el exterior tiene un porche en cada fachada con un emparrado que los cubre por completo en verano. La finca dispone de 6000 m² vallados, y la mayor parte de ellos ajardinados. La piscina es lo mas especial de esta casa, ya que se sitúa en lo alto de un pequeño cerrito, disfrutando de unas vistas fantásticas en todas direcciones, y a la cual se accede por unas escaleras; además dispone junto a la misma de una barbacoa y de un aseo para mayor comodidad. | | |

A flight of steps bordered by freshly growing herbs leads to the swimming pool , one of the most outstanding features of this house.
