| | | El Hotel El Castillo de Monda es un auténtico castillo majestuosamente situado sobre la cima del roquedal que preside el pueblo blanco de Monda.
Sus orígenes datan de tiempos romanos, aunque fueron árabes quienes vieron todo su esplendor durante siglos ( IV - XVIII) sitiando la villa y construyendo su fortaleza.
Tras una larga y cuidadosa restauración, se inauguró como Hotel en 1996.
Cuenta con 29 habitaciones de entre ellas 5 apartamentos de 1 y 2 dormitorios con cocina. Todas con una preciosa decoración y vistas a la Sierra de las Nieves.
Todas las dependencias equipadas con un lujoso y rústico mobiliario, cuentan con baño, secador, aire acondicionado, calefacción, conexión a Internet, teléfono y TV. Suites con jacuzzi y ducha hidromasaje. Piscina, Salón de tertulia, bodeguita de vinos, tienda de regalos. Restaurante elegantemente decorado abierto todos los días del año en almuerzo y cena. Parking público. A pocos kilómetros: Parque Natural Sierra de las Nieves.
El centro del pueblo está a solamente 300 metros. A una distancia de 9 km está Ojen y a 17 Marbella. El mar a 18 km.
Las alternativas para disfrutar en los alrededores son varias; montar a caballo, club de tiro, senderismo.. todo con el entorno de la Sierra de las Nieves.
Todas las mañanas se ofrece desayuno en forma de bufett. Al realizar su reserva, podrá hacerlo en régimen de media pensión.
