Entorno: Ansovell es un pueblo pirenaico de la comarca de l'Alt Urgell, en la región del Baridà (Lleida), perteneciente al municipio de Cava.
Está situado a 1338m de altitud, en la vertiente Norte de la sierra del Cadí (paraje de gran belleza natural), y en la compartida linde de las provincias de Lleida, Barcelona y Girona. Es una vía de acceso al Parque Natural del Cadí-Moixeró, el más extenso de Cataluña.
La cara norte de dicha sierra posee un desnivel que alcanza bruscamente hasta los 2467m de altitud, creando así una panorámica excepcional.

Whereabouts:
Ansovell is a village from the Pyrenees from the area of L’Alt Urgell, on the region of El Baridá (Lleida), belonging to the town council of Cava. It’s located at 1338m of altitude, on the North side of the Sierra del Cadí (spot of great natural beauty) and situated between Lleida, Barcelona and Girona. Ansovell acts as an access to the most extensive natural park of Catalonia, El Cadí-Moixeró.
The north face of named sierra has a brusque slope up to 2467m, offering an amazing panoramic.
