The most emblematic features of particular interest in the area are the Monastery of Poblet (forming part of the regions Cistercian Route) and the enigmatic Templars in Barberá de la Conca; examples of the most unique modernist cellars marking out enologic routes (Cooperativa de L’Espluga de Francolí) and some of the regions best wine trade marks: Codorniú (Poblet), Torres (Milmanda), Calceldoni and Castell de Riudabella (Riudabella).
For those tireless walkers or bicycle lovers, or even those with a passion for horseriding, the Conca offers fine excursions in natural parks such as those of Poblet Forest and Prades.
