| | | | | En la casa disponemos de una pequeña biblioteca, periódicos, revistas y juegos de mesa como ajedrez, dominó, parchís, etc.
En el entorno cercano ofrecemos rutas señalizadas en papel:
- para dar paseos andando, por ejemplo, subida al Castro o al manantial del agua de La Losilla, o a conocer pueblos como San Adrián, Las Bodas, La Devesa…
- en bicicleta (disponemos de bicicletas para uso gratuito de los clientes), para conocer pueblos como San Adrián (ermita del siglo XI), Las Bodas (hórreo del siglo XVII), Veneros, Boñar, Voznuevo, nuestro río Colle, etc.
Y a una distancia de minutos en coche tenemos:
- Las cuevas de Valporquero. - Valdorria y subida a su ermita de San froilán.
- Las hoces de Vegacervera y Valdeteja.
- Los Picos de Europa con sus rutas conocidas como la travesía del Cares, Posada de Valdeón, Riaño, Lois con su catedral de la montaña.
- El pantano del Porma dónde se pueden hacer deportes naúticos y pesca controlada. También se puede pescar en los ríos cercanos Porma y Curueño.
- La estación de esquí de San Isidro para esquiar en invierno, o en verano para visitar los lagos Isoba y El Ausente.
- El Museo de la Fauna Salvaje en Valdehuesa.
- El museo de la Siderurgia y Minería de Sabero.
Y también se puede hacer una visita en tren FEVE a León, hay varios servicios al día y en León la última parada está en el centro, desde allí se puede ir paseando a conocer La Catedral y sus vidrieras, el parador de San Marcos, San Isidoro, el barrio húmedo, etc. Y de paso conocemos la provincia de León desde el tren. | | |

Castro Hill, the spring of La Losilla, visits to nearby villages such as San Adrián, Las Bodas, La Devesa...

Day trips by car include:
Skiing in the San Isidro ski resort (43 km.); Walking in the mountain range - Picos de Europa with its well-known routes such as the Cares, Posada de Valdeón, Riaño (1 hour.); The Porma reservoir, where you can do many water sports and fishing by permit. There is also fishing in the nearby rivers of Porma and Curueño; Valdorria and the climb to the San Froilán Chapel; The ravines of Vegacervera and Valdeteja; A visit to the Wild Fauna museum; A visit to the caves of Valporquero and Llamazares.
By train:
There are frequent trains daily which take you to the centre of León from where you can easily visit the city on foot - The Cathedral with its famous stained glass windows, the Parador of San Marcos, San Isidoro Church and of course ‘El Barrio Humido’ where wines and tapas have never lost their appeal. Alternatively one can use the efficient rail network to tour the whole Leon Region.
