Me encantó súper ubicación. Un poco de ruido porque está en plena calle hacia la catedral pero la vista del Balcón lo vale 😍

It was an excellent, evening meal and facility. Massage was originally not on my Camino agenda but was excellent. View (vista) from hotel was spectacular. It worth your time to stay there.

The most beautiful and inviting place on the Camino Frances. The best retreat to go to before getting to Santiago de Compostela. The food and service is superb.

It's a nice place, quiet, clean but no AC and flies were coming inside with the windows open. The breakfast area was so tight and limited and everyone was rushing so we can get into taxi to get dropped off at the start of walk. It was very late that we had to fight over 1 taxi that was provided. We had to wait for it to come back and pick us up. We started walking at 10am. It was warm enough already to get to next destination. We normally start walking at 8:30am to avoid the heat at 1pm. The dinner was good, rooms were comfortable and clean.

Espera de 40 minutos para el traslado desde Arzúa y otros 30 para la vuelta. El desayuno se sirve muy tarde, en un habitáculo muy pequeño e incómodo y un menú muy poco variado y atractivo. En la cena obligatorio tomar un menú de 45€ sin posibilidad de elección. Cenar sopa de cocido y codillo de cerdo no es lo más recomendable para un buen descanso. Al cambiar el codillo por una tortilla francesa y una ensalada de puerros (única opción) el importe fue el mismo. Suciedad en la habitación y deterioro manifiesto (espejo del lavabo roto de lado a lado, papel de la pared despegado, solamente lámparas de techo...) No es aconsejable y menos para peregrinos que hacen el Camino, sin posibilidad de poder empezar a una hora temprana, no pudimos salir de Arzúa hasta las 10:00 h Nula funcionalidad.

Es un hermoso lugar. La atención también es muy buena. El restaurante y los espacios del hotel son elegantes y bien cuidados, pero tienen un gran problema de insectos. Moscas y chinches de cama y eso arruina toda la experiencia porque no puedes dormir bien y da una sensación de desaseo. Además como es una casa antigua se oyen ruidos en las paredes como ratones, murciélagos u otro animal.

Really liked the rooms and the ambience of the hotel. My wife enjoyed her massage.

I was delighted to stay in your amazing establishment. It was so beautiful, and I loved the history that the same family has owned it for over 500 years. I have never stayed in a place anything like this. And beyond the beauty, the staff were all very attentive. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I am sorry I was only able to stay one night. I would've enjoyed staying longer and also checking out the area.
