The MAS SET-RENGS, Is situated in the Bages district, in Sant. Salvador de Guardiola, very CLOSE TO MONTSERRAT. This is an old country house which is very typical of the historical Catalonia, documented from the 13th century (1254).
The Catalan farmhouse is made up of two parts: one of them is the owners' residence, who look after the agricultural land and cattle farm, as well as the surrounding forests, and the other part is the accommodation which has been renovated for visitors. The owners have a great respect for the land and the work of the agricultural and cattle farmer, which is the main activity, and that is why they have restored the house and offered it to you so that you can enjoy your holiday with all your family and friends, far from all the hustle and bustle of life in the city, and they hope that you will be able to enjoy this place as much as they do.
We have 3 independent rural accommodations decorated in a rustic style and each equipped with: kitchen-dining room (TV, fridge, freezer, microwave, cooking hob, kitchen utensils, toaster, juicer), 2 double rooms (except Set-Rengs 3, where there is a loft with three beds and a double room) and bathroom. The farmhouse also has a communal lounge with a fireplace and TV.
Its privileged location: 10 km from Manresa, 18 km from Igualada, 40 km from the metropolitan area of BARCELONA makes it ideal for company working groups, as it enables you to relax in a peaceful setting and enjoy all your leisure time.
The three apartments can be rented out as a whole,
which is ideal for family celebrations, friends, company incentives, etc.

La formalización de la reserva implica la aceptación de las siguientes CONDICIONES DE RESERVA:
- Para formalizar la reserva, hay que hacer una paga y señal del 25% del importe. El importe restante, se deberá abonar a la llegada a la casa y en efectivo. Si pasados 3 días desde la confirmación de la reserva no se ha recibido la paga y señal, o bien el comprovante de ingreso bancario, Mas Set-Rengs se reserva el derecho de cancelar la reserva.
- En caso de tener animales de compañía, consultar en la casa.
- Hora de llegada los viernes de fin de semana: a partir de las 17h
- Hora de salida los domingos de fin de semana: hasta las 18h.
-En estancias de semana entera sábado-sábado,: Hora llegada sábado a partir de las 17h.
Hora de salida: sábado entre 10-12 h.
-Días laborables: LLegada a partir 12h.Salida antes 12h.
-Horarios de entrada flexibles para clientes que vengan en puente aéreo, etc. Previo aviso a Mas Set-Rengs
CONDICIONES DE USO:
- El inquilino tiene la obligación de dejar la vivienda recogida, presentable y sin desperfectos. En caso de desperfectos en la casa por mal uso o pérdidas de objetos por parte del inquilino durante su estancia en la casa, éste tiene la obligación de comunicarlo al propietario y, eventualmente, hacerse cargo del importe de su sustitución o de la reparación. Si el día de dejar libre la casa, el cliente no notifica al propietario los posibles daños por mal uso o pérdida de objetos, y durante los días siguientes el propietario lo detecta, Mas Set-Rengs se pondrá en contacto con ustedes a tal fin de subsanar lo sucedido.
- No está permitido que durante la estancia haya un número superior de personas al que se haya acordado en la reserva.
