BOOKINGS POLICY:
- The arrival will be from 13:00 h.
- The day of departure the rooms must to be free before 12:00 hrs.
- Please inform if you are going to arrive later than 19:00 hrs.
CANCELLATION: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charge. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100% of the first night will be charge.
GROUPS: Bookings of 4 rooms or more, will be necessary 25% deposit of the total of the booking (transference bank or credit card). Cancellations between 0-7 days before arrival, 100% fees.
WEEKENDS: Minimum stay on weekends, 2 nights, except bank holidays, Christmas and during the month of August (consult minimum stay).
ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Red 6000. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

The lodging is in "MARINA BAJA", in the village of "Guadalest (El Castell de Guadalest)" (within urban). It is a place between mountains, near the coast (at 20 km from the Playa "Altea y Benidorm"). From "El Castell de Guadalest" you easily undertake day trips to Fuentes del Rio Algar (15 KM), Polop de la Marina (8 KM), Altea (20 KM).
Deposit
- No advance payment is required. The full amount is payable on arrival.
