Las Rosas Rural Complex is located between two beautiful towns in Málaga, Nerja and Frigiliana, in an environment of exquisite landscape quality. We offer our visitors the experience of enjoying a pleasant stay in a privileged environment.
Las Rosas is composed of nine houses with one or two bedrooms. They also have: living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace in each apartment.
? All houses have heating and air conditioning, and some also have a wood burning fireplace.
? Complete our service with large outdoor spaces with two swimming pools and garden areas, garden furniture, parking and free Wi-Fi.
? We have a large Lounge - Reception enabled to offer breakfasts, welcome aperitifs or host groups with prior reservation.
Our houses combine the privileges of tourist services in a rural environment with the personalized and close attention of our staff. Likewise, the proximity to rural centers of great tourist influx are combined with the proximity to the Sierra Almijara and Tejeda natural area, in one of the most attractive surroundings of Málaga.

The oldest building in our Rural Complex. It has 3 houses all located on the ground floor and in front of the largest pool.
Las Rosas II (houses 5 and 6)
This set is a small building and is located in the upper area of the farm. It is made up of two houses on the ground floor. Both have a large balcony with good views, and the sea in the background.
Las Rosas III (houses 1,2,3 and 4)
Is our largest building and has 4 apartment-style homes, all located on the first floor and with magnificent views. These are very spacious houses ideal for families with children.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Conjunto Rural Las Rosas makes available to its clients the accommodation reserved by it as well as the common facilities, gardens, swimming pools and spaces within the enclosure.
Each house is equipped with furniture and fixtures, and the tenant has to return the house in the same condition that he found it. In case of not doing so, the tenant will pay the amount necessary for its conditioning, previously valued by Conjunto Rural Las Rosas, this amount being discounted from the deposit and if this is not enough, paying the difference.
€ The reception hours will be from 10:00 a.m. at 2:00 p.m. the house staff will always be available to respond to the needs of the tenant.
€ Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
€ In case you want to modify your reservation once confirmed, it can be attended upon request as long as there is availability for it.
€ Reservations will not be confirmed without advance payment of 30%. The remainder must be paid upon arrival at the accommodation.
€ The reservation will be kept until 12 hours after the scheduled date for the occupation of the accommodation.
€ In the case of leaving the accommodation before the scheduled date, the client will not be entitled to any refund.
CANCELATION CONDITIONS
Regarding how cancellations should be made:
€ If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge.
€ If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline, the client will not have the right to a refund of the initial delivery of 30% of the reservation or 50% for reservations of less than € 100.
