BOOKINGS POLICY:
- The arrival will be from 13:00 h.
- The day of departure the rooms must to be free before 12:00 hrs.
- Please inform if you are going to arrive later than 19:00 hrs.
CANCELLATION: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charge. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100% of the first night will be charge.
GROUPS: Bookings of 4 rooms or more, will be necessary 25% deposit of the total of the booking (transference bank or credit card). Cancellations between 0-7 days before arrival, 100% fees.
WEEKENDS: Minimum stay on weekends, 2 nights, except bank holidays, Christmas and during the month of August (consult minimum stay).
ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Red 6000. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in "MARINA BAJA", im Gemeindegebiet "Guadalest (El Castell de Guadalest)". Sie liegt innerhalb der Ortschaft. Das Gebiet ist umgeben von Bergen. Die Küste ist ganz in der Nähe. Der nächstgelegene Strand Altea y Benidorm ist 20 entfernt. Wir empfehlen Ihnen folgende Ausflugsziele: Fuentes del Rio Algar (15 KM), Polop de la Marina (8 KM), Altea (20 KM).
