Rodeo da Casa is situated in the province of A Coruña, to the east of the Council of Monfero and very close to the border with Lugo, in a typical Galician rural setting which belongs to the area of Fragas do Eume. It is a complete treat for the senses, since you can enjoy rich valleys, magical forests, mountains which are the perfect place to see wild horses... thus providing you with different types of landscape which will make it an unforgettable experience.
Recently rated by ASETUR and given 4 ESPIGAS, it has been restored on a house built in 1924 and both the carpentry and the stonework have been preserved, keeping all the charm of traditional materials.
This two-storey house has four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; one of them is especially designed for disabled people and it is on the ground floor. It also has a spacious dining room a kitchen and an extra lounge which holds an ancient baking oven and the “lareira” (typical Galician structure used to make fire in order to cook and get warm). Outside you can enjoy a garden with a strong personality which spreads over a very clear landscape one can go through using different marked routes.
Rodeo da Casa can be a starting point for a varied number of activities such as hiking, gastronomic, cultural or adventure tours, horse paths, kayak trips...
