The rural houses
The rural houses Abuela Benita are born with the vocation to give a service of quality to the visitor. For it, we have refunded the old familiar house rebuilding two lodgings designed with a modern style from classic materials of first quality: slate, stone, forge, wood...
Rural house Abuela Benita is made up of two independent rural houses united by an inner patio. Each one lodges four distributed double rooms in two superior plants. Each room has own bathroom, closets embedded and movable of wood of first quality. An elaborated design of illumination and a carefully ornament create a so special atmosphere in the houses that it invites not to leave them. Both have the same distribution in the ground floor: An ample hall presided over by a great aged iron chimney and a comfortable kitchen that passage to a delicious inner patio with stone walls covered by plants.
The kitchens of both rural houses have all the services: A cook, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and bell extractor. In addition, they have a place to domestic utensils. They have also a toilet and washing room (laundry).
It has been arranged in the both houses two televisions (one in the hall and another one in the kitchen), a DVD-radio-CD and a selection of best books, board games and films to all the tastes and ages. For the development of a good quality rural tourism, we facilitate to all our customers a detailed tourist information of Cebreros and from Ávila, they can obtain historical data of the town and each one of its corners, as well as of all the activities that can be developed in Cebreros and the Region of Ávila.

The lodging is in "CEBREROS - VALLE DEL ALBERCHE - ÁVILA - ESPAÑA", in the village of "Cebreros" (within urban). It is a place between mountains. The golf course of "Navaluenga" is located at 29 km. The accomodation offers: garden-terrace, barbecue, kitchen, washing machine.
