It is a village of more than two centuries old, completely rehabilitated and built in 2011, making three two-storey houses m2/útiles 80 each (4-8 P), which are rented independently or together to have the internal bond possibility. (4-21 P)
It is located in the middle of a forest of chestnut to almost 1000 m altitude in an uninhabited mountain village, amid a natural paradise of Asturias Central Mountain next to the ski resorts, near Oviedo and Beaches.
Each house has, on the top floor, with two bedrooms, one with double bed of 1.50, one with two beds of 90 and a full bath. Bed linen, towels and mattresses are quality. Downstairs there is a dining kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a TV, wood stove and sofa bed. The kitchen has hob, fridge, microwave and all the necessary utensils. The living room has a dining table with six chairs.
It has different seating areas in the meadow, in a private estate of over 4000m2 with amazing views of the entire valley, ideal for a unique experience in family.

The lodging is in "LLANANZANES", in the village of "Aller (Asturias Central)" (out of the inner city, 3 km from the town). It is a place between mountains. The ski slopes of "Fuentes de Invierno y San Isidro" are located 24 kilometers from the property. The golf course of "Oviedo" is located at 40 km. From "Asturias Central" you easily undertake day trips to Esqui Valgrande-Pajares (58 KM), Playa de San Lorenzo Gijon (75 KM), Cangas de Onis - Picos de Europa (85 KM), Oviedo (55 KM). The accomodation offers: garden-terrace, barbecue, kitchen, washing machine.

Booking conditions
Una vez hecha la pre-reserva y leído este documento, el cliente, tendrá 48 horas para hacer efectivo el ingreso del 40% de la cantidad total. Realizada la transferencia, se aconseja enviar el resguardo del ingreso junto con los datos personales.
La confirmación de reserva implica la aceptación de las siguientes condiciones.
CONDICIONES DE CANCELACION:
Se informa al cliente de que, a pesar de cualquier circunstancia personal justificable, la anulación de la reserva, conlleva la pérdida de:
- 40% de la reserva para avisos con menos de 30 días.
- 80% de la reserva para avisos entre 30 y 7 días.
- 100% de la reserva para avisos con menos de 7 días.
Es muy importante tener esto en cuenta, para evitar problemas posteriores.
CONDICIONES GENERALES:
Previamente a la entrada en la casa, se abonará el importe restante del total de días reservados, más 150 Euros por apartamento, en concepto de Fianza.
A la llegada a la casa rural y tras comprobar que todo esté en correcto funcionamiento, se rellenara la ficha de hospedaje y se firmará el correspondiente contrato en el que se recogen las normas de la casa. La devolución de la fianza se efectuará por transferencia en un plazo no mayor a 5 días desde la salida.
Servicio inicial: sábanas puestas en las camas, toallas y limpieza general. Se incluye un cesto de leña en temporada.
IVA incluido en el precio del Alojamiento.
El Cliente podrá ocupar el alojamiento a partir de las 16:00 horas (recomendamos que si la llegada es posterior a las 22:00 horas, nos lo comuniquen, ya que el horario máximo de llegada son las 24:00 h) Además, el cliente se compromete a dejar libre el alojamiento a las 12:00 horas del día de salida fijado en contrato.
Así mismo, el cliente se compromete a respetar y cumplir las NORMAS SOBRE OCUPACION Y USO DE LOS APARTAMENTOS
La confirmación de reserva implica la aceptación de las siguientes condiciones.
