Booking conditions
Anticipo Cuando se proceda a efectuar una reserva de plaza en un alojamiento rural deberá ser ingresado el porcentaje indicado por el propietario del precio total de la estancia reservada. Una vez recibida la cantidad correspondiente al adelanto, el propietario comunicará al cliente la confirmación de la reserva especificando los siguientes conceptos: día de entrada y salida , número de plazas reservadas y precio total, así como el régimen aplicable en el caso de la posible cancelación . Anulaciones En todo momento el usuario podrá desistir de los servicios contratados teniendo derecho a la devolución de las cantidades que hubiese abonado e indemnizando al establecimiento en cuanto a las cuantías que a continuación se indican : La cuantía de las indemnizaciones será el resultante de aplicar los siguientes porcentajes al importe del anticipo exigido. 5% si la anulación se hace con más de 30 días de antelación. 40% si la anulación se hace 30 o menos días y más de 15. 60% si la anulación se hace con 15 o menos días y más de 7. 100% cuando lo haga con 7 o menos días de antelación.
Confirmación de Reserva . Una vez cumplidos los requisitos de anticipo su reserva se mantendrá hasta las 20 horas del día que en su reserva aparece como fecha de llegada. Si la llegada del cliente no se produce y no hay ninguna comunicación para su confirmación por cualquier medio (teléfono, email ) a partir de las 20:00 horas el propietario podrá disponer de la habitación o habitaciones reservadas
Los titulares de los establecimientos de alojamiento de turismo rural podrán exigir a los turistas o las agencias de viaje que efectúen una reserva, un anticipo del precio, que se entenderá a cuenta del importe resultante de los servicios prestados.
Cancelación de las reservas
1. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en los apartados siguientes, el régimen de cancelación de reserva se ajustará a las condiciones que pacten libremente el titular del establecimiento de alojamiento de turismo rural y el turista o empresas de intermediación turística. Siempre que las partes hayan pactado el pago de un anticipo, el titular del establecimiento deberá informar al turista de las condiciones establecidas como política de cancelación, determinando claramente las penalizaciones a aplicar en caso de cancelación de la reserva.
2. Si las partes hubieran pactado algún anticipo y el turista o la agencia de viajes cancelara la reserva en los días anteriores a la fecha prevista para su llegada, el titular del establecimiento de alojamiento de turismo rural podrá aplicar las penalizaciones con cargo al anticipo, de acuerdo con lo pactado. Dichas penalizaciones no serán aplicables cuando la cancelación de la reserva se produzca por causa de fuerza mayor, debidamente acreditada.
3. Cuando se haya exigido un anticipo al efectuar una reserva, el titular del establecimiento de alojamiento de turismo rural lo devolverá íntegramente al turista o a la agencia de viajes cuando por causa de fuerza mayor u otra causa no imputable al turista no pueda prestar el servicio de alojamiento y, en consecuencia, se vea obligado a cancelar la reserva.
Mantenimiento de las reservas
1. Cuando se haya confirmado una reserva sin la exigencia de anticipo, el titular del establecimiento de alojamiento de turismo rural la mantendrá hasta la hora concertada y, en el caso de que no se haya acordado, hasta las 20 horas del día señalado para la entrada, salvo que el turista confirme su llegada advirtiendo de posibles retrasos.
2. En el supuesto de que se haya exigido un anticipo para formalizar la reserva, el titular del establecimiento de alojamiento de turismo rural, salvo pacto en contrario, mantendrá la reserva sin ningún límite horario, hasta agotar el número de días que cubra el anticipo.
Comienzo y terminación del servicio de alojamiento
1. Salvo pacto en contrario, el servicio de alojamiento turístico de la casa rural el inicio del servicio será a las 16 horas.
2. El turista que no abandone la unidad de alojamiento a la hora señalada en el apartado anterior, se entenderá que prolonga su estancia un día más y deberá abonar el precio determinado por el titular del establecimiento. No obstante, esta ampliación estará condicionada a la disponibilidad de plazas de alojamiento de iguales o similares características a las que se ocupaban.
Confirmación de Reserva . Una vez cumplidos los requisitos de anticipo su reserva se mantendrá hasta las 20 horas del día que en su reserva aparece como fecha de llegada. Si la llegada del cliente no se produce y no hay ninguna comunicación para su confirmación por cualquier medio (teléfono, email ) a partir de las 20:00 horas el propietario podrá disponer de la habitación o habitaciones reservadas
