The lodging is in "PONIENTE GRANADINO", in the village of "Alhama de Granada" (out of the inner city, 3 km from the town). It is a place between mountains. El propietario del establecimiento está obligado a tener disponible para el cliente la estancia contratada en fecha y forma convenida, tras el envío del justificante de reserva, atendiendo a las siguientes condiciones:

Su tarjeta de crédito será utilizada sólo para garantizar su reserva. El pago de la estancia se hará en el hotel. El Hotel se reserva el derecho de preautorizar la tarjeta de crédito antes de la fecha de entrada.
MODIFICACIÓN DE LA RESERVA:
Se atenderán las modificaciones de reservas siempre que dicha modificación sea anunciada con tiempo y de forma que no altere las restantes reservas que la casa tenga para esas fechas. Deberán estar de acuerdo ambas partes, y se enviará un nuevo justificante de reserva, para cualquier tipo de modificación por favor ponerse en contacto con en este número 958 350 438.
CONDICIONES DE CANCELACIÓN:
Si cancela o modifica la reserva hasta 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada, el establecimiento no efectuará cargos.
- Si el Cliente anula un dia antes se le cargara el 50% del Total de la reserva.
- Si el Cliente no se presenta se le cargara el 100% del Total de la reserva.
- Si no se presenta el establecimiento cargara la estancia completa.
