BOOKING CONDITIONS - S.C.R. The Centralized Reservation System will facilitate your reservation and its confirmation as long as the requirements are fully met. The reservations made will be confirmed by the owner of the establishment, it will be considered as pre-reservation until said confirmation. The Centralized system establishes a bilateral communication between the user and the owner of the establishment regulated by Decree 120/1998 of October 6, on the Organization of Tourist Accommodation in Rural Areas, of the Ministry of the Environment, Urban Planning and Tourism, reformed by Decree 4/2000 of February 25, establishing the different rights and duties. on ordering prices, reservations and complementary services. The pre-reservation has a term of three days from the date on which the request for a place is made. Once the amount is paid as an advance, it becomes a reservation directly, offering the user an identification number (Locator) that will allow him to enter directly into his reservation, to modify or cancel it. * In case of not fulfilling this advance payment requirement, the pre-reservation disappears, freeing up the room or rooms for new clients. Advance payment When making a reservation for a place in a rural accommodation, the percentage indicated by the owner of the total price of the stay must be entered. Once the amount corresponding to the advance has been received, the owner will communicate the reservation confirmation to the client specifying the following concepts: day of entry and exit, number of reserved places, number of rooms and total price, as well as the applicable regime in the case of possible cancellation. Cancellations At any time the user may withdraw from the contracted services, having the right to a refund of the amounts that he has paid and indemnifying the establishment in terms of the amounts indicated below: The amount of the indemnities will be the result of applying the following percentages to the amount of the advance required. 5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance. 40% if the cancellation is made 30 or less days and more than 15. 60% if the cancellation is made with 15 or fewer days and more than 7. 100% when it is done 7 or less days in advance. Booking confirmation . Once the advance requirements have been met, your reservation will be kept until 8:00 p.m. on the day that your reservation appears as the arrival date. If the client's arrival does not occur and there is no communication for confirmation by any means (telephone, email, fax) after 20:00 the owner may have the room or rooms reserved. * The Centralized Reservation System gives the possibility to reserve online and offline, in some cases causing overbooking, in this case it will give priority to reservations from the management block. Passing the client's reservation online to the Waiting List. Rates The applied rates will mark the particular reservation conditions of each one of them. Room availability It will be subject to complete accommodation needs, without causing any inconvenience to the client. Data protection: Respecting the provisions of the Organic Law on the Regulation of Automated Treatment of Personal Data (LORTAD), the data you enter during the reservation process will be incorporated into an automated file whose ownership corresponds to the owner of the reserved Accommodation. Your data will be used and processed for the purposes of management and promotion by the Accommodation, having established the appropriate measures to protect its confidentiality. The rights of access, modification and cancellation on the stored personal data are expressly recognized.
