CONTRACT OF CUSTOMER-OWNER RESERVATION CONDITIONS
The owner of the establishment is obliged to have the contracted stay available to the client on an agreed date and form, based on the following conditions:
RESERVATION PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
The customer must provide their credit card as a guarantee of payment, on which a 30% advance will be charged in the next few hours upon booking by the customer. The rest of the payment for the stay will be made on arrival at the accommodation.
Rourevell reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
* A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The property reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the guarantee card is not valid for booking collection transactions.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If you have not arrived at the property on the day of arrival without prior cancellation, 100% of the reservation may be charged.
MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION:
Reservation modifications will be taken into account as long as this modification is announced in time and in such a way that it does not alter the remaining reservations that the house has for these dates.
