CASA LEIRO is a house the rural tourism that is in an area privileged as it is the parish of Moscoso, in the Municipality of Pazos of Borbn, in Galicia (Spain) including a series of recreational activities dedicated, linked to the middle rural, with multiple possibilities: natural places, knowledge of the world land-pecuario, practice of sport, etc. It is about offering not simply a quarter to sleep but a change of atmosphere that is authentic and natural as opposed to the urban atmosphere. The parish of MOSCOSO is famous for his many and spectacular houses of stone, forming an architectonic set of "indiano style" that the unique fan in Galicia. It is also one of the ideal places so that it observes and knows engravings of rock art, as those of Hill of the Sea, A Lameira, Home gives Level... all signposted and of easy access. The Hill of Sea is the highest mount of the parish and from his summit part of the Estuary of Vigo can be seen. Barragn, which forms natural limit with Furnaces of Mounts and flows into the Oitavn, is crossed by the river being suitable for the fishing and the hiking. The banks of Barragn are an optimal frame for all that that it wants to walk between woods and luxuriant vegetation. Besides they find some mills, a bridge and numerous steps of stone.
It has four quarters, all they with bath, heating and television in all of them, besides a wide room and kitchen.
It has service and totally closed land.

CONTRATO DE LAS CONDICIONES DE RESERVA CLIENTE-PROPIETARIO-
El propietario del establecimiento está obligado a tener disponible para el cliente la estancia contratada en fecha y forma convenida, tras el envío del justificante de reserva, atendiendo a las siguientes condiciones:
CONDICIONES DE LA RESERVA: Una vez el cliente tenga la confirmación de disponibilidad y haya realizado el pago del anticipo del 25% la reserva quedará formalizada.
MODIFICACIÓN DE LA RESERVA: Se atenderán las modificaciones de reservas siempre que dicha modificación sea anunciada con tiempo y de forma que no altere las restantes reservas que la casa tenga para esas fechas. Deberán estar de acuerdo ambas partes, y se enviará un nuevo justificante de reserva.
CONDICIONES DE CANCELACIÓN:
En el caso de anulación/cancelación de su reserva, no se devolverá el importe entregado como anticipo en ningún caso pero dicho importe será guardado por el alojamiento para un cambio en la fecha de entrada de la estancia, dicho cambio se mantendrá durante el año natural.
