Booking conditions
Para la devolución del anticipo integro, la reserva deberá anularse al menos con un mes de antelación a la fecha de entrada. En temporada estival el plazo será de 50 días.
Como excepción, siempre que se pueda volver a re-alquilar el periodo integro de la reserva contratada se guardará para otra ocasión en un plazo de 6 meses.
Es importante que si tiene dudas sobre una posible anulación, nos avise a fin de hacer una lista de espera, y evitar la pérdida del anticipo.
En caso de enfermedad justificada de los inquilinos o de familiares de hasta segundo grado se devolverá el anticipo descontando los gastos bancarios y de gestión. Si la anulación afecta a una reserva con varias casas o un grupo grande, se devolverá la parte correspondiente de las personas afectadas, debiendo seguir adelante con la reserva el resto del grupo, sino se perdería el importe total del anticipo
