LOCATION: From the A-92 highway, take the exit to Villanueva Mesia and Huétor Tájar. The country house is in the Vega (fertile plain) of Huétor Tájar, west of Granada, near the intersection of the rivers Genil and Cacín. It is surrounded by olive groves and orchards where asparagus and other fruit and vegetables are grown.

DESCRIPTION: 44,000 m2 property with an orchard destined to growing organic produce. It has a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which is equipped for guests with disabilities, and two single rooms. All the rooms have their own bathroom. There is also a small library and a large patio (courtyard) with many trees and covered with a grape-bearing vine in summer.
PLACES TO VISIT: The mountains of Loja, Gibalto and Parapanda, the historic towns of Loja, Montefrío and Alhama de Granada, with their important cultural and architectural legacy. The natural preserve of Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama. The great plain of the Genil river, where the top-quality asparagus are grown.
INTERESTING ACTIVITIES: Hiking, biking or fishing in the Milanos river or in Riofrío. A visit to the Interpretation Center of the last frontier of Al-Andalus in the church of La Villa in Montefrío.
