En el momento de reservar se soicita un numero de tarjeta bancaria. y se realiza el cobro de la primera noche de cadauna de las habs. reservadas ( en caso de ser más de una).
Es necesario recordar que en caso de alguna incidencia que pueda retrasar su llegada deberá comunicar con el alojamiento para confirmar esta, siempre que vaya a producirse a partir de las 20.00 horas del día de llegada prevista. En caso contrario se dispondrá de la habitación o habitaciones para nuevos clientes.
Deberá indicarlos aproximadamente la hora prevista de llegada.
para tener en cuenta la calefacción.
ANULACIÓN SIN CARGO:
Si se realiza la anulación de la Reserva con 7 días ó Más de Antelación se le devolverá el importe del deposito.
ANULACIÓN CON CARGO
Si la anulación se realiza con 7 ó menos días de antelación el cargo será la cantidad que tiene como deposito.
NO SHOW:
En caso de no presentarse el cliente, el cargo será el importe recibido como deposito. si tuviese más noches reservadas, se dispondrá de la hab. para otro cliente.
