GUARA RURAL HISTORY OF OUR PEOPLE
At the foot of the slopes of the southern point of the Sierra de Arangol, at an altitude of 668 meters, under the ridges of Guara, Vallemona and Tozal de Cubilas and near the confluence of Barranco de la Tos with the Formiga river, GUARA RURAL (Bastarás ) today offers its hamlet, its unique and steep street, its houses of traditional stone construction.
The hidden ruins of the castle remain from its past among the vegetation that invades the tozalón of the Faja de Cotón or the Marmañana hill, next to the old road that leads to Labata, against whose Muslim defenders it must have risen, in the years 1060, This lonely fortress, which once the Villa was conquered, must have lost all its purpose; It consisted, as can be seen, of a rectangular tower and a walled enclosure with a cistern. In 1097, Pedro, bishop of Huesca, donated the church of Bastarás to the Monastery of San Ponce de Tomeras, together with those of Labatella, Morrano, Eso and Panzano; later this temple passed to San Pedro el Viejo and later to the Order of Hospital or of San Juan de Jerusalem. According to Pascual Madoz, in 1850, Bastarás had two lathes or oil mills and a fountain, with whose waters the neighbors used to drink and irrigate some immediate gardens; meeting 1/4 of an hour "with its large roof and three entrances; the rocks in which its depth ends have the shape of an ox and they call it with this name; they also offer an admirable view due to the diversity of figures they naturally have; The same is observed in the named hole of Solencio of an incalculable extension, whose concavities are filled with water that give off, with a great noise, for 20 or 24 hours, and then withdraw producing in its retreat a murmur so great that it resembles the bellowing of a bull. The land is broken and of medium quality, it has abundant firewood and some grass; the Hormiga river runs through it, which forms in a place called the Bastarás springs and comes from the Solencio hole " .
There is in the vicinity of GUARA RURAL (Bastarás) a mythical and legendary world, of enormous chasms that enclose countless subterranean beauties: Solencio, La Grallera, -this of 277 meters in absolute verticality-, which form a set of deep, dark abysses galleries, narrow tunnels, thick formations of stalagmites and stalactites, hidden beauties formed by water, surprising and unknown corners, to which are added fantastic tales of witchcraft covens.
Its church, at the top of the urban area, built in the 12th century, with reforms in the 18th century, dedicated to San Clemente, has a single nave, in its first three sections with a vault of lunettes and the fourth barrel pointing and apse Romanesque. It has two side chapels, a main altar with a baroque altarpiece dating from that century, a choir at the feet, a belfry with a bell, a doorway with three semicircular archivolts with checkered decoration and a portico. There are two houses with interesting elements: one from the 16th century, with the Arms of the Bescós, with an entrance door under a pointed arch and a window framed by gothic decoration, sunbathing and a cobbled patio with boulders; another with the Arms of the Goatherds on the façade, with a four-sided roof and a voluminous cylindrical chimney. At the top of the mountain is the ruinous Hermitage of the Virgen de la Sierra.

ESTANCIAS MÍNIMAS
- Julio y Agosto, estancia mínima de 5 días 4 noches.

- Estancia de una noche sólo bajo disponibilidad y con un suplemento del 30% del precio por noche del alojamiento elegido.

Recibirá vía email las condiciones de su reserva.
- Se aceptan mascotas primera mascota sin cargo 2 mascota cargo adicional de 20€ por mascota y diay solo en reservas de casa completa. Bajo ningún concepto se dejaran solas en la casa y no podrán estar sueltas por el Pueblo.
- A su llegada se le solicitarán los datos personales pendientes de confirmación, así como la matrícula de su/s vehículo/s. También se le solicitara el resto del pago pendiente de existir. Se le solicitara una fianza por estancia y casa de 150 € que será devuelta una vez revisada la casa.
- No se aceptan más plazas de las contratadas, por vivienda durante la estancia.
- Cualquier tipo de visita, tendrá que ser avisada por el cliente y aceptada por el propietario.
- La casa debe dejarse en buenas condiciones, ordenada y recogida. Si tiene una larga estancia y así lo desea, puede contratar una limpieza de la casa el día que quiera. Este servicio tendrá un coste adicional, que puede consultar.
- Durante su estancia rogamos no hagan ruidos ni actividades que puedan molestar al resto de personas alojadas, sobre todo en horarios de descanso.
- Queda reservado el derecho de admisión. Cualquier incumplimiento de estas condiciones, podrá ser motivo de expulsión de las instalaciones.
POLITICA DE CANCELACION
- Para la devolución del anticipo abonado para su reserva, esta deberá ser cancelada o modificada con un tiempo igual o mayor a un mes (ya sea una cancelación o modificación total o parcial de dicha reserva).
- En cancelaciones posteriores, se perdería el anticipo, salvo que se trate de causa de enfermedad mayor y justificada del inquilino de la casa o de un familiar de hasta tercer grado.
- En reservas de grupos de varias familias solamente se contemplarán las condiciones de cancelación en relación a la unidad familiar afectada (ej. pareja con hijos menores), el resto de familiares o acompañantes, deberán continuar con su reserva. En caso de que los acompañantes decidan cancelar su reserva, no tendrán derecho a la devolución del anticipo. Si se trata de un grupo familiar se contemplaría la devolución total solo en causa de carácter grave (no enfermedad menor como gripe etc… donde solo que cancelaria la familia afectada)
- Para la eliminación o anulación de plazas adicionales deberá informarse con al menos un tiempo igual o superior a 24h antes de la llegada (salvo causa grave y justificada que acredite la imposibilidad de hacerlo antes y presentando el justificante medico).
- En el caso de una reserva de grupo, si una o varias personas cancelasen su parte de reserva (justificada en tiempo y/o forma) el resto del grupo correrá con el importe íntegro del alquiler de la casa, salvo al descuento de las plazas adicionales contratadas si las hubiese, y que no se utilicen y que se hayan cancelado con tiempo igual superior a 24h.
- En la situación anteriormente comentada, si los clientes así lo solicitan y la disponibilidad del alojamiento lo permite, se facilitaría el cambio a una casa de menor tamaño y ajuste del precio en caso de existir.
- En el caso de que el cliente cancele su reserva por causas justificadas, se le guardará el pago del anticipo abonado, por un tiempo máximo de 6 meses, en el que podrá realizar una nueva reserva, adaptándose a las fechas o alojamientos disponibles, así como a cualquier cambio de tarifa que pudieran producirse.
- Si una vez alojado, el cliente debiera dejar la casa o apartamento con antelación al final de su reserva, debería justificar esta salida anticipada como en los casos anteriores.
En el caso de que se justifique la salida anticipada, se hará una devolución de los días de alojamiento no disfrutados, teniendo que dejar la casa o apartamento en el horario establecido para la salida, antes de las 11:30h. Si saliese más tarde de este horario, no se le descontaría ese día de alojamiento. En caso de que no se justifique la salida anticipada, el cliente no tendría derecho a la devolución de los días no disfrutados y se le cobraría la estancia completa reservada.
ESTANCIAS MÍNIMAS

- En el caso de una reserva de grupo, si una o varias personas cancelasen su parte de reserva (justificada en tiempo y/o forma) el resto del grupo correrá con el importe íntegro del alquiler de la casa, salvo al descuento de las plazas adicionales contratadas si las hubiese, y que no se utilicen y que se hayan cancelado con tiempo igual superior a 24h.
- En la situación anteriormente comentada, si los clientes así lo solicitan y la disponibilidad del alojamiento lo permite, se facilitaría el cambio a una casa de menor tamaño y ajuste del precio en caso de existir.
- En el caso de que el cliente cancele su reserva por causas justificadas, se le guardará el pago del anticipo abonado, por un tiempo máximo de 6 meses, en el que podrá realizar una nueva reserva, adaptándose a las fechas o alojamientos disponibles, así como a cualquier cambio de tarifa que pudieran producirse.
- Si una vez alojado, el cliente debiera dejar la casa o apartamento con antelación al final de su reserva, debería justificar esta salida anticipada como en los casos anteriores.
En el caso de que se justifique la salida anticipada, se hará una devolución de los días de alojamiento no disfrutados, teniendo que dejar la casa o apartamento en el horario establecido para la salida, antes de las 11:30h. Si saliese más tarde de este horario, no se le descontaría ese día de alojamiento. En caso de que no se justifique la salida anticipada, el cliente no tendría derecho a la devolución de los días no disfrutados y se le cobraría la estancia completa reservada.
