The purpose of this document is to regulate, as completely as possible, the General Terms and Conditions for the on-line reservation services of Hostal & Suites Sa Vinya belonging to the hospitality services company GRUPO SA VINYA IBIZA SL, with CIF B 57741249 , with registered office at Calle Aigua Blanca nº4, Sant Joan de Labritja - Ibiza, Baleares, CP 07810.

When using this reservation service, the user will receive an e-mail confirmation of reservation of the corresponding apartment. This e-mail serves as proof of reservation.
RESERVATION SERVICES
The use of on-line reservation services through the website www.hostalsavinyaibiza.com is completely free. There will be no additional management fees or supplements. Upon cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the cancellation conditions explained below will apply.
To make a reservation through our website, two cases are distinguished;
1. By making an advance payment as a signal for an amount of 20% of the total cost of the reservation during the next 10 days, if the payment is not made after these days the reservation will be canceled. In this case, the client accepts that the cancellation conditions apply to the amount paid as deposit.
2.The customer will be asked for a credit card to guarantee your reservation. When making a reservation and enter the data of your card the customer accepts that the cancellation conditions are applied to charge your bank card.

1.There will be no charge in the event that the reservation is canceled with a minimum of 15 days before the day of entry into the apartment.
2.In case the reservation is canceled in a period less than 15 days will be charged 20% of the total cost of the reservation.
