La reserva no será efectiva hasta que no le hallamos confirmado la misma vía SMS o correo electrónico, cosa que nos comprometemos a hacer en el plazo más breve de tiempo posible y como máximo en 48 horas.
Entendemos que por cualquier razón pueda cambiar de idea o puede surgirle algún imprevisto, no se preocupe!. Si cancela hasta 15 días antes de la fecha de llegada: el hotel no efectuará cargos.
Si la cancelación la lleva a cabo fuera de dicho plazo, no procederemos a la devolución de la ANTICIPO.
