The owner of the establishment is obliged to have available to the client the stay contracted on an agreed date and form, after sending the receipt of the reservation, subject to the following conditions:

The client will have to give his credit card as guarantee of payment, on which a deposit of 25% will be charged in the next hours to the realization of the reservation by the client. The rest of the payment of the stay will be made at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to the check-in date.

* To guarantee your reservation a valid credit card is required. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the guarantee card is not.

Please note that if you cancel before 14 days of arrival you will not be charged anything. If you cancel within those 14 days a charge of 100% of the total stay
