It is necessary to remember that in case of any incident that may delay your arrival, you must contact the accommodation to confirm this, as long as it is going to take place after 8:00 pm on the scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, the room or rooms for new clients will be available.
In case of cancellation of the reservation you will be entitled to the return of the amounts paid, with the compensation resulting from applying the following percentages to the amount of the advance required:
5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.
40% if the cancellation is made 30 or less days and more than 15.
60% if the annulment is done with 15 or less days and more than 7.
100% when you do it 7 or less days in advance.
