RESERVATION CONDITIONS: S.C.R. The Centralized Reservation System of NATURAL RENTALS, S.L.U. (CIF: B-13670393 fiscal address at Barrio La Naveda no number, P.C: 33583, Cereceda, Piloña (Asturias, Spain) and office at Río Tendi Street #3 P.C: 33584 Sevares, Piloña (Asturias, Spain)) will facilitate your reservation and its confirmation as long as the requirements are fully accomplished. The reservations that you made will be confirmed by the owner of the establishment and it?ll be considered as a pre-reservation until this explicit confirmation. The Centralized system allows a bilateral communication between the user and the owner of the establishment regulated by Real Spanish Decree 120/1998 of the 6th October, on the Management of Tourist Accommodation in Rural Areas, of the Ministry of the Environment, Urban Planning and Tourism, reformed by Real Decree 4/2000 of 25th of February, establishing the different rights and duties on price management, 625reservations and complementary services. The pre-reservation has a validity period of three (3) days from the date on which the request for a place is made. If this advance payment is not paid the pre-reservation disappears, thereby freeing the room or rooms for new clients.
ADVANCE: When managing your reservation we?ll request an advance of 20% of the total reserved amount that can be paid by transfer, bizum or credit card. Once the amount corresponding to the advance is received, the reservation will be confirmed, specifying the identifier or locator number, day of entry and exit, total number of reserved places, possible supplements, total price and applicable regime in case of cancellation.
CANCELLATION: CANCELLATION: At any time, the client may withdraw from the contracted services, having the right to a refund of the amounts that they have paid and indemnifying the establishment in terms of the amounts that are indicated:
The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 15 days before arrival and the amounts already paid by the client will be totally refunded. After this date, cancellation fees will be generated.
If the client cancels during the 14 days prior to the arrival date, he must pay 50% of the total price of the reservation.
If the client cancels on the day of arrival or does not show up*, they will have to pay the total price of the reservation except for very justified reasons to be assessed by the establishment.
*If the arrival does not occur before 7:00 p.m. on the same day of arrival, the holder of the reservation is not located and there is no effective communication with the establishment to notify any incident or change in the arrival time, the reservation will be understood to be automatically canceled even if the advance payment has been made and the reserved home may be made available to new clients.
DATA PROTECTION: respecting the provisions of the Organic Law Regulating the Treatment Automatic of Personal Data (LORTAD), the data you enter during the reservation?s process will be incorporated into an automated file whose ownership corresponds to the owner of the reserved Accommodation. Your data will be used and processed for management and promotion purposes by the Accommodation, having established the appropriate measures to protect your confidentiality. The rights of access, modification and cancellation of the stored personal data are expressly recognized. To exercise these rights of modification, deletion or cancellation, you can contact the accommodation by email info@naturalrentals.es telephone communication or through the postal address mentioned above. Likewise, and in the same way, you can revoke the consent given to the reception of commercial communications in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002.
